Healthy 2 ingredient oatmeal cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 Medium banana
  • 3/4 Cup (60g) quick oats

Instructions

  1. Ingredients and Instructions:
  2. Mash one medium banana (100g)
  3. Add in 3/4 cup (60g) quick oats
  4. Combine until batter forms
  5. Cover baking sheet with parchment paper
  6. Use a Tbsp to add cookies to sheet
  7. Bake at 350 degrees or 177 celsius for 9-12 minutes
