You've got to try this 2 ingredient, healthy, vegan, gluten free oatmeal cookie recipe by The Diet Chef. These cookies are ONLY 1 Weight Watcher Points Plus. #Healthycookies #WeightWatchers

2 ingredients (bananas and oats) and about 15 minutes later these amazingly healthy oatmeal cookies can be yours!

I came across this recipe a few years ago, and it has been one of my favorite pre-workout snacks since. These oatmeal cookies have what I think is the absolute perfect balance of fast and slow digesting carbs. When I eat them before a workout I always have an ample supply of energy, and I never seem to get hungry during even the most intense, long, and grueling sessions.

The best part about these oatmeal cookies is that the varieties are seemingly endless depending on your choice of add-ins.
