Healthy, high protein, Almond Joy inspired truffles

Ingredients

  • 1 Scoop (30g) chocolate whey protein
  • 2 Tbsp (24g) sugar substitute
  • 2 Servings (6 Tbsp) (30) shredded coconut
  • 1 Tbsp (15ml) coconut oil
  • 2 Tbsp (30ml) low calorie/calorie-free chocolate syrup

Instructions

  1. Add all the ingredients to a small bowl (except for 1/2 a tbsp (7g) of the shredded coconut)
  2. Combine until a solid ball forms

Note: Depending on the protein powder you use it can change the consistency of your chocolate ball. Add chocolate syrup in 1/2 a Tbsp (7ml) at a time until consistency from the video is achieved.

*There was a mistake in the video it says 1 2/3 Tbsp shredded coconut and was supposed to say servings. This roughly translates to 22g of shredded coconut.

The 1/2 Tbsp of shredded coconut was supposed to say 1/2 serving as well. This roughly translates to 8g of coconut.
