Healthy apple crisp in a mug!

Ingredients

  • 1 Peeled, sliced, and cored medium sized apple (133g)
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp (22mL) Calorie free maple syrup (I used Walden Farms)
  • 1 Tbsp (6g) oat flour
  • 2 Tbsp (24g) oats
  • 1 Tbsp (12g) sugar substitute
  • Heaping 1/2 tsp of cinnamon
  • Pinch of nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Peel, core, and slice the apple
  2. Add you apple slices to a small bowl

Top the apple with

  1. (1 Tbsp) (15ml) maple syrup
  2. (1 Tbsp) (6g) oat flour,
  3. (1 Tbsp) (12g) oats
  4. (1/2 Tbsp) (6g) sugar substitute
  5. (1/2 tsp) of cinnamon
  6. & a pinch of nutmeg
  7. Mix well
  8. Add apple pieces to a mug

Top with

  1. (1 Tbsp) (12g) oats
  2. (1/2 Tbsp) (7ml) maple syrup
  3. (1/2 Tbsp) (6g) sugar substitute
  4. Pinch of cinnamon
  5. Mix the topping ingredients into one another
  6. Microwave for 90 seconds (1250watt microwave used)
