Healthy Banana Bread Protein Shake

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup (120ml) unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1 1/2 Banana's (150g)
  • 1 Scoop (35g) vanilla protein powder
  • 1 Tbsp (7g) pecans
  • 1/3 Cup (30g) oats
  • 1 Cup (135g) Ice

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to your blender and blend until smooth
  2. I recommend starting with the banana and almond milk
