    Healthy Banana Bread Protein Shake

Healthy banana bread protein shake recipe. This smoothie literally tastes like liquid banana bread, except it's totally clean, and totally delicious.

Say hello to liquid banana bread...

Protein shakes really shouldn't taste this good.

Seriously though, the deliciousness in this banana bread protein shake is out of control. It has practically everything you love about the bread - a strong banana flavor, a hint of nutty-ness, and a touch of cinnamon in every gulp.

What's even better, is the fact that it takes less than 5 minutes to make, and there aren't any tempting leftovers around to binge on later. The leftovers part when I make a loaf is especially troublesome for me, because I unfortunately have little to no self-control when it comes to sweets. And I have a feeling I'm not the only one in this boat. If only I knew how to insert the "devastated" emoji, now would be a good time to use it. Anyways, recipes like this are great for people like me because they're single serve - which means there won't be any temptation later on to let the "dieting wheels fall off".

Making a whole banana bread can be quite a time commitment too. A loaf can take somewhere around an hour to make, and as somebody smart once said, "ain't nobody got time for that". So this is great, because now I can get my banana bread fix, and quick.
