Ingredients

  • 1/4 Cup (60g) coconut flour
  • 1 1/2 Scoops (45g) whey protein powder
  • 2 Tsps cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 Tsps baking powder
  • 2 Eggs
  • 4 Egg whites (140g)
  • 1 Cup (250g) unsweetened applesauce
  • 3 Tbsps (45g) low calorie/calorie free maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a large bowl and mix until well combined
  2. Transfer to a 9 inch cake pan and bake at 350 Degrees | 177 Celsius for about 30 minutes
  3. Let cool and then transfer to a wire rack to finish cooling
  4. Cut into 8 even slices and enoy
