The easiest low calorie brownie recipe ever!

Ingredients

  • 3/4 Cup (170g) Nonfat Greek Yogurt
  • 1/4 Cup (2oz) Vanilla Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 4TBSP Walden Farms Calorie Free Chocolate Syrup
  • 2/3 scoop (20g) Whey Protein Powder (I used Isopure)
  • 1/2 cup (40g) Cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup (40g) Old fashioned rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup (20g) Sugar Substitute
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tsp baking powder

Instructions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees
  2. Everything goes into the blender and is blended for a minute or two
  3. Bake for 20-25 minutes
