    A few thoughts come to mind about these healthy chocolate brownies...

    I said it.

    These healthy brownies change everything you ever thought about brownies. These are the simplest, most decadent low-calorie chocolate brownies I've ever devoured...I mean eaten. All you need to do is throw the ingredients into a blender, and then bake. ANYONE can make this recipe, it's fail-proof!

    The easiest low calorie brownie recipe ever!

    Ingredients

    Scale
    • ¾ Cup (170g) Nonfat Greek Yogurt
    • ¼ Cup (2oz) Vanilla Unsweetened Almond Milk
    • 4TBSP Walden Farms Calorie Free Chocolate Syrup
    • ⅔ scoop (20g) Whey Protein Powder (I used Isopure)
    • ½ cup (40g) Cocoa powder
    • ½ cup (40g) Old fashioned rolled oats
    • ¼ cup (20g) Sugar Substitute
    • 1 Egg
    • 1 tsp baking powder

    Instructions

    1. Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees
    2. Everything goes into the blender and is blended for a minute or two
    3. Bake for 20-25 minutes

      would cocoa powder and sweetener work as substitution for the sugar free chocolate syrup? the syrup is kind of pricey

        Yes, I think that'd work fine. Maybe just 5g Cocoa Powder and 10-15g sugar sub.

        Hey Denise! Sorry it took me a bit to get back to you. I use Splenda Sugar Blend a lot, but I also like Truvia as well. In this recipe, I used the Splenda :)

      I made it last night. I used half of oat and almond flour and I used homemade coconut milk since I did not have almond milk on my hand. I used some peppermint extract. It turned out to be great! It was described also gram so it makes changes easier! Thank you!
