This healthy Buffalo chicken dip gives you all the deliciousness of your favorite game day appetizer at a fraction of the calories. It's incredibly cheesy and creamy with the perfect amount of spiciness and so much flavor. Oh, and it only takes 5 minutes to prep!

Ingredients

14 oz. Fat-free cream cheese

1 cup fat-free Ranch dressing

1 cup fat-free cheddar cheese

2 cups cooked and shredded chicken breast

1/2 cup hot sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine fat-free cream cheese, Ranch dressing, half the cheddar cheese, chicken, and hot sauce.
  3. Stir until well combined. 
  4. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish. Top the prepared dip with reserved cheddar cheese.
  5. Bake the dip for 25 minutes or until bubbly.
  6. Serve as desired, with crackers or veggie sticks.
