No bake cake batter protein truffles

Ingredients

  • 1 Scoop (30g) De Novo White Cake protein powder
  • 2 Tbsp (20g) oat flour
  • 1 Tbsp (12g) sugar substitute
  • 1/2 Tbsp (7g) melted coconut oil
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp (22ml) low-cal pancake syrup
  • 1 Tsp (4g) sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients into a small bowl
  2. Mix with a spatula until crumbly
  3. Once crumbly use your hands to form a ball of dough
  4. Now split the dough up evenly into 10 pieces
  5. Form small balls out of each piece
  6. Add your sprinkles to a separate dish and roll the balls one at a time in the dish
  7. Refrigerate any leftovers in an airtight container for several days
  8. Truffles will harden slightly in the fridge.

***Depending on the protein powder you use you may need more or less coconut oil. So I recommend adding it in 1 tsp at a time***
