Do you prefer stevia over splenda for your recipes? I notice you use "sugar substitute" in recipe ingredients. But, if I weigh out ingredients splenda is only 2g & stevia = the 12g you called for. I'm looking for clarification bc personally I don't like the taste of stevia on a sweet potato, for example but it's just fine in a mixed recipe product. Thanks for all your recipes. Love them.
Hey Rose!
I prefer Splendas "Sugar Blend". I just don't like the taste of stevia for some reason. All of my recipes use that version of Splenda. Hope this helps :)
