Healthy protein packed chocolate and banana filled wontons

Ingredients

  • 8 Wonton wrappers
  • 1/2 a medium sized banana (50g)
  • 1 scoop (30g) Isopure's chocolate whey protein powder
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp (18g) sugar substitute
  • 2 Tbsp (10g) unsweetened cocoa powder
  • Water

Instructions

  1. Dice half of a medium sized banana (50g) add to a dish and set aside
  2. In a new dish add 1 scoop (30g) chocolate whey protein powder
  3. (1/2) Tbsp (18g) sugar substitute
  4. Tbsp (10g) unsweetened cocoa powder
  5. Add in water 1 tsp at a time until a stringy consistency forms
  6. Now get your wontons out
  7. Add banana chunks 1/2 tsp at a time to your wontons
  8. Along with about 1/2 tsp of the chocolate sauce (don't over fill)
  9. Wet your fingers and apply the water to the edges of your wontons
  10. Fold into triangles and secure the edges
  11. Repeat around 7 more times
  12. Bake at 350 degrees/ 177 Celsius for 12 minutes
  13. Flip when your edges are golden brown about 6 minutes in
  14. Let cool and serve!
