Healthy chocolate chip muffins recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 (200g) Ripe bananas
  • 2 Egg whites (70g)
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 Cups of oats (160g)
  • 3/4 Cup greek yogurt (190g)
  • Just less than 1/4 cup (40g) sugar substitute
  • 3 Tbsp (42g) semi-sweetened mini chocolate chips
  • Just less than 1/2 a cup (100g) unsweetened applesauce
  • 2 Tbsp (30ml) low calorie pancake syrup
  • 1 Tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 Tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 Tsp baking soda

Instructions

  1. Add all your ingredients, except the chocolate chips, to your blender (liquids first)
  2. Blend until well combined
  3. Stir in chocolate chips
  4. Spray a muffin tray (or the wrappers if using them) with non-stick cooking spray
  5. Bake at 400 Degrees | 204 Celsius for 15-20 minutes
