Healthy Chocolate Chip Scones (High Protein)

Healthy, high protein chocolate chip scones!

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 Cups (150g) Self Rising Flour
  • 1 1/2 scoops (45g) Isopure Vanilla whey protein
  • 1/4 Cup (30g) coconut flour
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp (30g) sugar substitute
  • Just less than 1 cup (200g) of non-fat greek yogurt
  • 3 Tbsp (36g) semi-sweetened mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Add the first 4 ingredients into a large bowl and mix well
  2. Hollow out a small circle in the middle of the bowl and add in the yogurt
  3. Pull the flour into the yogurt with a spoon or spatula until crumbly
  4. Once crumbly add in 1 1/2 Tbsp (18g) semi-sweetened mini chocolate chips and form into a ball
  5. Transfer the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and press out a 3/4 inch high circle with the dough
  6. Add the remaining chocolate chips to the top of the dough and bake at 375 Degrees | 190 Celsius for about 10 minutes
