This healthy and easy Espresso Banana Bread has only 130 calories, but packs 10g of protein per slice!

Ingredients
2 1/2 (250g) Ripe bananas
1 Egg
1/2 (122g) Cup unsweetened applesauce
1 (90g) Cup oat flour
3 (90g) Scoops vanilla whey protein powder
Heaping 1/3 cup (75g) sugar substitute
3 (12g) Tbsps instant espresso
1 Tsp baking soda
1/4 Tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a large bowl
Use a hand mixer and mix until everything is well combined
Once well-combined coat a 9x5 loaf pan with a GENEROUS amount of baking spray
Add your batter to the pan and bake at 350 Degrees | 177 Celsius for 25 minutes
After 25 minutes cover the pan with tin foil and bake an additional 10 minutes (or until a toothpick can be cleanly taken out of the middle of the loaf)
Let the loaf cool (and leave the tin foil on during the cooling process)
