Healthy Espresso Banana Bread

Ingredients
- 2 ½ (250g) Ripe bananas
- 1 Egg
- ½ (122g) Cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1 (90g) Cup oat flour
- 3 (90g) Scoops vanilla whey protein powder
- Heaping ⅓ cup (75g) sugar substitute
- 3 (12g) Tbsps instant espresso
- 1 Tsp baking soda
- ¼ Tsp baking powder
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a large bowl
- Use a hand mixer and mix until everything is well combined
- Once well-combined
coat a 9x5 loaf pan with a GENEROUS amount of baking spray - Add your batter to the pan and bake at 350 Degrees | 177 Celsius for 25 minutes
- After 25 minutes cover the pan with tin foil and bake an additional 10 minutes (or until a toothpick can be cleanly taken out of the middle of the loaf)
- Let the loaf cool (and leave the tin foil on during the cooling process)
