Probably the healthiest version of french fries ever!

Ingredients

  • 1 medium Jicama
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

  1. Peel jicama
  2. Cut into french fry slices
  3. Spray a baking sheet with non-stick spray
  4. Add jicama slices, coat with non-stick spray, top with salt and pepper
  5. Bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes
