A healthy frozen snack perfect for the summer time

Ingredients

  • Ingredients and Instructions:
  • 1/2 Cup of Non-Fat Greek Yogurt
  • 3/4 Tbsp (9g) Sugar Substitute
  • 1Tbsp (15mL) Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
  • 2 sliced fresh strawberries (35 grams)
  • 1 Tbsp (10g) chopped up salted pistachios

Instructions

  1. Ingredients and Instructions:
  2. (1/2 Cup) of Non-Fat Greek Yogurt
  3. (3/4 Tbsp) (9g) Sugar Substitute
  4. (1Tbsp) (15mL) Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
  5. Mix until well combined
  6. Once well combined thinly spread mixture over baking sheet covered with parchment paper
  7. Add you toppings of choice
  8. I added 2 sliced fresh strawberries (35 grams)
  9. and (1 Tbsp) 10g chopped up salted pistachios
  10. Freeze for around 2 hours
  11. Serve immediately
