You've GOT TO TRY this healthy frozen greek yogurt brittle recipe by The Diet Chef! This brittle is unbelievably simple to make, and only 4 Weight Watcher Points Plus. #Healthyrecipe #WeightWatchers

It has been hot, hot, hot, here in Buffalo lately.

Luckily, I've some amazing frozen greek yogurt brittle to keep me cool.

My favorite thing about this brittle is how fast & easy it is to make. It literally takes less than 5 minutes to put together. The hard part is waiting for your greek yogurt brittle to finally freeze (which takes about 2 hours). I'm fairly positive on these hot summer days it's the longest two hours of my life.

This healthy frozen greek yogurt recipe is...

    Creamy

    Salty

    Sweet

    Crunchy

    & Absolutely delightful

This is also one of those, "flavor combinations are basically endless" kind of recipes. However, I prefer the fairly conventional, pistachio and freshly sliced strawberry combination though.

If you try this frozen brittle out, don't forget to snap a pic and tag it #thedietchef
And of course, you can always check out this recipe, and many many more on my YouTube Channel
