Low calorie pita chips

Ingredients

  • 1 Joseph's Lavash Bread Wrap
  • 1 Tbsp (12-16g) sugar substitute
  • 1/4 Tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  1. In a small cup mix sugar and cinnamon until combined
  2. Coat lavash bread with baking spray (I prefer coconut)
  3. Top with cinnamon-sugar
  4. Use a pizza cutter to cut into chips
  5. Add to baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees | 177 Celsius until golden brown (about 5 minutes)
  6. Let the chips finish firming up in the tray itself
