Healthy Low Calorie Baked Ziti (High Protein)

Ingredients

  • 4 oz (114g) Banza's Chickpea Pasta
  • 1/3 Cup (75g) low calorie tomato sauce
  • 1/6 (45g) fat-free ricotta cheese
  • 1/4 Cup (28g) fat-free mozzarella cheese
  • Add Salt and Crushed Red Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Add four cups of water to a medium sized pot and bring to a boil
  2. Add the pasta and cook for around 6-8 minutes
  3. Strain the pasta and add it to a medium-large sized ramekin
  4. Add the tomato sauce, salt and crushed red pepper (if using) into the ramekin and stir
  5. Top with ricotta cheese and then the mozzarella
  6. Bake at 375 Degrees | 190 Celsius for 6-8 minutes
