Healthy pumpkin pie!

Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 Cup (420g) Pure Pumpkin
  • 1 1/2 Cups (355mL) evaporated fat-free milk
  • 3 Egg whites (105g)
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/2 Cup (100g) Sugar Substitute
  • 1 1/2 Scoops (45g) De Novos white cake protein powder
  • 2 Tsp pumpkin pie spice

Instructions

  1. Add all the ingredients to a large bowl
  2. Use a hand mixer to combine thoroughly
  3. Pour the batter into an 8 inch circular pie plate coated with baking spray
  4. Bake at 350 Degrees | 177 Celsius for 45 minutes
