Healthy Low-Calorie Pumpkin Spice Cake

Ingredients

Dry Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 Cups (180g) Self rising flour
  • 1/4 Cup (50g) Sugar substitute
  • 1 Tsp pumpkin pie spice

Wet Ingredients

  • 3/4 Cup (180g) Pure pumpkin
  • 3 Egg whites
  • 1 Whole egg

Instructions

  1. Add all wet ingredients to a bowl mix to combine and set aside
  2. Add all dry ingredients into a bowl and mix to combine
  3. Pour wet ingredients into the dry and combine well
  4. Coat an 8x8 springform pan with baking spray and add your batter to the pan
  5. Bake at 375 Degrees | 190 Celsius for about 20 minutes
  6. Let cool in the pan for 5 minutes and then transfer to a wire rack to finish cooling
