Healthy low calorie tzatziki sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 Medium cucumber (225g)
  • 1 1/3 Cups (300g) non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 Heaping Tbsp (18g) extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 Tbsp (3g) dill
  • 1 (3g) Minced clove of garlic
  • 1/4 Tsp salt
  • 1/8th Tsp pepper
  • Lemon juice to taste

Instructions

  1. Coarsely grate your cucumber
  2. Now, over the sink squeeze as much juice as possible from the grated cucumber
  3. Next add all the ingredients into a medium sized bowl and mix well
