Low fat Italian sausage turkey burgers

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Lb ground turkey
  • 1/2 Tbsp fennel seeds
  • 1/2 Tbsp Crushed red pepper
  • 1/2 Tsp Parsley
  • 1/4 Tsp garlic powder
  • Pinch of salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. In a medium sized bowl add:
  2. /2 lb of 99% lean ground turkey to
  3. /2 Tbsp fennel seeds
  4. /2 Tbsp Crushed red pepper
  5. /2 tsp Parsley
  6. /4 tsp garlic powder
  7. And finally a pinch of salt and pepper
  8. Combine all your ingredients
  9. Once your ingredients have been throughly combined form 2 1/4lb turkey patties out of them
  10. Now spray a skillet with non stick spray and cook on medium low heat for approximately 5 minutes a side
  11. I also highly recommend pan frying some peppers and onions in some buttered flavored pam
  12. Top your burger with your fried P&O
  13. And enjoy!
