    Healthy, Low-Fat, Turkey Burgers

This healthy Italian sausage turkey burger recipe by The Diet Chef is out of this world good! Plus, these burgers only have 1g of fat and 3 Weight Watcher Points Plus. #Healthyrecipes #WeightWatchers

I fall into the trap of cooking turkey the same boring way (just over the stove, plain, no extras) quite often. Cooking it this way allows me to switch up the flavors by using a wide array of sauces (or so I tell myself). Honestly, I usually just use either low sugar ketchup, or hot sauce. However, there are times when I need an actually need a change. That's where these suuuper low fat Italian sausage turkey burgers come in.

If you try this frozen brittle out, don't forget to snap a pic and tag it #thedietchef
And of course, you can always check out this recipe, and many many more on my YouTube Channel
