I fall into the trap of cooking turkey the same boring way (just over the stove, plain, no extras) quite often. Cooking it this way allows me to switch up the flavors by using a wide array of sauces (or so I tell myself). Honestly, I usually just use either low sugar ketchup, or hot sauce. However, there are times when I need an actually need a change. That's where these suuuper low fat Italian sausage turkey burgers come in.
