Easy and Healthy Peanut Butter Overnight Oats Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup (40g) oats
  • 1/2 Cup (48g) peanut flour
  • 1/2 Tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 Cup (120ml) milk of choice
  • 1 1/2 Tbsps honey (17g)

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a small bowl and mix well
  2. Transfer oats to a sealable jar
  3. Seal and store in the fridge for 6-8 hours
