Healthy, high protein pumpkin spice smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup (120mL) Unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1/2 Banana (50g)
  • 2 Tbsp (30g) non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup (120g) pumpkin
  • 2 Tbsp (30mL) calorie free pancake syrup
  • 1 scoop Vanilla Whey Isopure (30g)
  • 1/4 Tsp cinnamon
  • 1/8 Tsp nutmeg
  • Pinch of cloves
  • Pinch of ginger
  • 1 Cup of ice (5 ice cubes)

Instructions

  1. In a blender add all ingredients and blend until smooth
