Introducing the protein packed, low fat, fiber filled, smoothie of deliciousness, I call the pumpkin spice protein smoothie.
This shake is:
Simple
Creamy
Rich
Slightly spicy
& Totally satisfying
Pumpkin spice lattes are all the craze right now, so I just had to put my own spin on this seasonal drink. However, this pumpkin spice protein shake is much more calorie/macro-friendly than a grande latte from Starbucks (420 calories and 18g of fat). This pumpkin smoothie is only 225 calories with 2g of fat.
So if you still wanna get into the fall spirit, without all those wasted calories, this pumpkin spice smoothie is the answer.
Oh and if you are a lover of all things pumpkin like me, you might also want to check out my pumpkin spice protein pudding recipe.
