Healthy Pumpkin Spice Protein Waffles

Protein packed pumpkin waffles. The perfect fall breakfast recipe!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 Egg whites or 140g of egg substitute
  • Just less than 1/2 cup (100g) of pure pumpkin
  • 3/4 Cup (60g) of oats
  • 2 Scoops (60g) of Isopure's Vanilla Whey Protein Powder
  • 1 Tsp of pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 Tbsp (15mL) of low calorie maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Pour all ingredients into your blender
  2. Blend until smooth
  3. Pour half of your batter into waffle maker
  4. Cook for around 3 minutes
  5. Repeat
