Healthy Pumpkin Spice Protein Waffles
Protein packed pumpkin waffles. The perfect fall breakfast recipe!
- Prep Time: 5 mins

Ingredients
- 4 Egg whites or 140g of egg substitute
- Just less than ½ cup (100g) of pure pumpkin
- ¾ Cup (60g) of oats
- 2 Scoops (60g) of Isopure's Vanilla Whey Protein Powder
- 1 Tsp of pumpkin pie spice
- 1 Tbsp (15mL) of low calorie maple syrup
Instructions
- Pour all ingredients into your blender
- Blend until smooth
- Pour half of your batter into waffle maker
- Cook for around 3 minutes
- Repeat
