    Gah, I've been obsessed, and I mean OBSESSED with this pumpkin spice protein waffle recipe. I think I've made these every single day for the past week now.

    Over the weekend I made them twice in a day.

    I know it's a problem.

    But, they're just sooooo damn good.

    These pumpkin spice protein waffles are...

    Light and airy

    Sweet and spicy

    Great for breakfast and dinner

    Or just anytime of the day really

    Protein packed pumpkin waffles. The perfect fall breakfast recipe!

    Ingredients

    • 4 Egg whites or 140g of egg substitute
    • Just less than ½ cup (100g) of pure pumpkin
    • ¾ Cup (60g) of oats
    • 2 Scoops (60g) of Isopure's Vanilla Whey Protein Powder
    • 1 Tsp of pumpkin pie spice
    • 1 Tbsp (15mL) of low calorie maple syrup

    Instructions

    1. Pour all ingredients into your blender
    2. Blend until smooth
    3. Pour half of your batter into waffle maker
    4. Cook for around 3 minutes
    5. Repeat
