High protein pumpkin pudding

Ingredients

  • 1/4 Cup (60mL) unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1 Cup (244g) canned pumpkin
  • 1 Scoop (30g) Isopures vanilla whey protein powder
  • 1 Packet of sugar free fat free instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1/4-1/2 Tsp pumpkin pie spice (depending on taste)
  • *If not sweet enough add low-calorie maple syrup

Instructions

  1. To your blender add:
  2. (1/4) Cup (60mL) unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  3. (1) Cup (244g) canned pumpkin
  4. (1) Scoop (30g) Isopures vanilla whey protein powder
  5. (1) Packet of sugar free fat free instant vanilla pudding mix
  6. (1/4-1/2) Tsp pumpkin pie spice (depending on taste)
  7. Blend for a few minutes and scrape your sides
  8. Refrigerate for atleast 10 minutes
