Fall is here, and that means the season of pumpkin spice everything is also here. This year I thought it would be fun to make a list of some pumpkin inspired recipes, and see if I could successfully create them. Well, say hello to the first of those creations, pumpkin spice protein pudding. This pudding is thick, creamy, protein packed, and filled with all kinds of pumpkin spiciness.

Healthy Pumpkin Spice Protein Pudding
High protein pumpkin pudding
- Prep Time: 3 mins

Ingredients
- ¼ Cup (60mL) unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1 Cup (244g) canned pumpkin
- 1 Scoop (30g) Isopures vanilla whey protein powder
- 1 Packet of sugar free fat free instant vanilla pudding mix
- ¼-½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice (depending on taste)
- *If not sweet enough add low-calorie maple syrup
Instructions
- To your blender add:
- (¼) Cup (60mL) unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- (1) Cup (244g) canned pumpkin
- (1) Scoop (30g) Isopures vanilla whey protein powder
- (1) Packet of sugar free fat free instant vanilla pudding mix
- (¼-1/2) teaspoon pumpkin pie spice (depending on taste)
- Blend for a few minutes and scrape your sides
- Refrigerate for atleast 10 minutes
