5 Bratwurst Sausages, raw

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200ºC) and cover a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Place the bratwurst on the baking sheet, allowing plenty of space in between.
  3. Bake the bratwurst on one side for 10 minutes.
  4. Flip the brats and cook on the other side for 5 to 7 minutes (until browned).
