Ingredients

6 Chicken Sausages

1/2 Red Bell Pepper, sliced

1/2 Green Bell Pepper, sliced

1/2 Yellow Bell Pepper, sliced

1/2 Red Onion, sliced

1 Garlic Clove, sliced

2 tbsp. Italian Seasoning

2 tbsp. Olive Oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180ºC).
  2. Line a baking sheet with paper or foil.
  3. Mix the veggies with the spices and olive oil and arrange them in the tray.
  4. Arrange the sausages and make sure they also get some of the oil and spices.
