Ingredients

1 lb. ground pork meat

1 tbsp. paprika

1 tbsp. Mexican seasoning mix

1 tsp. cumin

1 tsp. garlic powder

1 tsp. cinnamon

2 tbsp. red wine vinegar

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Add the ground pork  to a large mixing bowl.
  2. Add all of the seasonings and vinegar. Hand mix the ingredients into the meat until uniformly mixed.
  3. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Crumble the chorizo and add to the hot oil. Stir occasionally to get an even cooking. About 8-10 minutes.
  4. Serve with tortillas.
