Homemade Applesauce

Ingredients

  • 4 Medium apples (about 600g)
  • 3/4 Cup (177ml) water
  • 1/2 Tsp Cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Peel, core and slice the apples
  2. Add them to a pot along with the water and cinnamon
  3. Simmer on medium heat for 15-20 minutes
  4. Drain the apples and transfer them to a large bowl
  5. Mash the apples with a potato masher until desired consistency is achieved
  6. Add your sauce to sealable jars and store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks
