Preparing instant pot oatmeal gives you perfectly creamy, rich, and tender rolled oats. It's the best microwave alternative and is way quicker and easier than using the stove. And this Instant Pot oatmeal recipe comes out stunning every time!



1 3/4 cup (150g) rolled oats

2 cups (520ml) almond milk or regular milk

1/2 teaspoon sea salt

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Optional topping:

1/2 cup (60g) cream cheese

1 tbsp honey

  1. Place the rolled oats in the Instant Pot, add the cinnamon and pour the almond milk in.
  2. Close the lid of the Instant Pot and select the Oatmeal option. After the time automatically set by selecting this option has elapsed, leave the Instant Pot without opening for another 5 minutes so that the oats can soak up the rest of the liquid.
  3. Quick release the steam before opening the lid, stir and serve in a bowl.
  4. Stir the honey and cream cheese in a bowl, then drizzle over the oatmeal. Top with berries and pecans. Enjoy!
