1 Large Egg
1/2 Tbsp (7g) Salted Butter
1 1/2 Tbsps (21g) Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
1/4 Tsp Cake Batter Extract
Just Less than 1/2 Cup (50g) Almond Flour
3 Tbsps (27g) Confectioners Swerve
1/2 Tsp Baking Powder
1/2 Tsp Keto Sprinkles
1 Oz (28g) Full-Fat Cream Cheese
1 1/2 Tbsps (15g) Confectioners Swerve
The Macros DO NOT include the “carbs” from Swerve. Swerve has 0 calories, so it should be tracked as 0 carbs. The FDA makes food companies list “sugar alcohols” as carbs, but that doesn’t mean they should be tracked as such. That’s why it’s ALWAYS important to look at the calories of sweeteners and determine the true carb count FROM THE CALORIES!
You can substitute the cake batter extract with vanilla extract. But I would add a little extra Confectioners Swerve if you do.
