These keto cheddar bay biscuits are flakey, soft, so flavorful, and perfectly cheesy! Plus, they taste just like the ones you'd get from Red Lobster. And, the best thing about these keto biscuits is that each one has just 2 NET CARBS!



The biscuits: 

2 tbsp (40g) cream cheese 

1 large egg

2 tbsp (30g) salted butter, melted

1 ½ cup (170g) almond flour

1 cup (100g) shredded cheddar cheese 

1 teaspoon baking powder

And to brush on top:

2 tbsp (30g) salted butter, melted

1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley 

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder


  1. Preheat the oven to 450°F (232°C).
  2. In a bowl mix cream cheese, egg, and butter until smooth. 
  3. In a separate bowl mix almond flour, grated cheddar, and baking powder. Add to the egg mixture and thoroughly mix everything together.
  4. Form 8 biscuits out of the dough and place on a parchment-lined baking tray.
  5. Bake for 15-18 minutes, until golden brown.
  6. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, parsley, and garlic powder.
  7. Brush the baked biscuits with garlic butter and serve warm.
