In this recipe I'll show you how to make a healthy, low carb, flourless, one minute chocolate mug cake in the microwave.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 Cup (60ml) Unsweetened vanilla almond/cashew milk
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 Tsp (5g) liquid sweetener
  • 1 1/2 (8g) Tbsps unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 Scoop (30g) Chocolate whey protein powder
  • 1 Tbsp (10g) coconut flour
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients into a large souffle dish
  2. Mix until well combined
  3. Microwave for 45 seconds to 1 minute - ALWAYS SLIGHTLY UNDERCOOK YOUR CAKE
