Peanut Butter Fudge Protein Cookies

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 Tbsp (30g) Powdered peanut butter
  • 3 1/2 Tbsp Water
  • 1 Scoop (30g) Chocolate Whey Protein
  • 1/2 Tbsp (3g) unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 Tbsp (10g) Sugar substitute
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp (15g) Oat Flour

Instructions

  1. PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 DEGREES
  2. Mix:
  3. (2 1/2) Tbspp (30g) PB2
  4. (2 1/2) Tbsp water
  5. And stir
  6. Add:
  7. Scoop (30g) Chocolate protein powder
  8. Tbsp Water
  9. Stir again
  10. Add:
  11. (1/2) Tbsp (3g) unsweetened cocoa powder
  12. Tbsp (10g) sugar substitute
  13. (1) Tbsp (15g) oat flour
  14. And one final stir
  15. Spray a cookie sheet with non-stick spray
  16. Equally distribute batter into 8 cookies
  17. Bake for 2 minutes...I use the timer on my phone
  18. Flatten with a fork
  19. Bake for 45 more seconds

Notes

May need more water depending on the protein powder you use. Follow the video as a guide for the consistency of your batter.
