Easy Low Carb Peanut Butter Donuts

The BEST Keto Donuts on planet earth! This low carb peanut butter donut recipe is made with almond flour and just a few other ingredients, and they’re so easy to make too. Plus, these Keto Donuts are baked – not fried – and have just 3 NET CARBS EACH!



1 1/4 Cups (125g) Kirkland’s Almond Flour (Lowest carb almond flour I’ve seen)

1/2 Cup (75g) Granulated Erythritol

1 Tsp Baking Powder

Pinch Of Salt.

2 Large Eggs

5 Tbsps (80g) No-Sugar Added Peanut Butter

1/3 Cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk

1/2 Tsp PURE Vanilla Extract


4 Tbsps (24g) Peanut Flour – like PB2

3/4 Tbsps (8g) Confectioners Erythritol

2 1/2 Tbsps (ish) Water


Add all the Dry ingredients into a large bowl, mix and combine

In an even larger bowl add all of the wet ingredients, and combine them with a whisk

Once the wet ingredients are combined, add the dry ingredients, and fold them into the wet ingredients

When everything has combined, coat a donut tray with baking spray, and add the batter to the slots until they’re almost completely filled

Bake the donuts at 350 Degrees F. for 15 minutes

Let them cool completely in the tray

Use a sharp knife and run it around the edges of the slots to remove the donuts

Add the optional glaze + toppings
