    Keto Peanut Butter Donuts

These Peanut Butter Keto Donuts are a low carb breakfast game changer.

If it's breakfast time right now, I really hope you have all the ingredients for these keto donuts. I say that because after you read - and see - this recipe, you're going to want these donuts in your mouth stat.

Somehow it felt wrong writing that last part. Ha ha.

How To Make Low Carb Keto Donuts (Video)

Anyways, today's keto donut recipe is one of my personal favorite recipes, and here's why...

    1. Peanut Butter
    2. Donuts
    3. 3 Net carbs a donut

I think those are 3 pretty solid reasons. If I had to add a 4th, it'd be the consistency of them.

The inside consistency of this Peanut Butter Keto Donut is like a cross between cake, and a normal donut. And I really like that. Considering this is a baked donut recipe - and not a fried one - I think this is about as close to the "real" deal as you're going to get.

    Ingredients

    Scale

1 ¼ Cups (125g) Kirkland's Almond Flour (Lowest carb almond flour I've seen)

    ½ Cup (75g) Granulated Erythritol

    1 Tsp Baking Powder

    Pinch Of Salt.

    2 Large Eggs

    5 Tbsps (80g) No-Sugar Added Peanut Butter

⅓ Cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk

    ½ Tsp PURE Vanilla Extract

    OPTIONAL GLAZE:

    4 Tbsps (24g) Peanut Flour - like PB2

    ¾ Tbsps (8g) Confectioners Erythritol

    2 ½ Tbsps (ish) Water

    Instructions

Add all the Dry ingredients into a large bowl, mix and combine

In an even larger bowl add all of the wet ingredients, and combine them with a whisk

Once the wet ingredients are combined, add the dry ingredients, and fold them into the wet ingredients

When everything has combined, coat a donut tray with baking spray, and add the batter to the slots until they’re almost completely filled

Bake the donuts at 350 Degrees F. for 15 minutes

Let them cool completely in the tray

Use a sharp knife and run it around the edges of the slots to remove the donuts

Add the optional glaze + toppings

    Notes

*NOTE: Macros don't account for the erythritol sweetener, it has ZERO CALORIES, and thus the carbs should be tracked as 0.

Macros also DO NOT include the optional glaze.
