These sauteed pork chops are incredibly flavorful and so easy to make. They have a nice golden brown sear to 'em, and they turn out unbelievably tender and juicy. Plus, 3 simple steps are all you need to follow to make these sauteed pork chops, and they turn out perfect every single time.

Ingredients

4 pork chops, boneless

1 tbsp smoked paprika

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1 1/2 tsp dried parsley

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

2 tbsp olive oil

1/4 cup chicken broth

2 tbsp butter or lard, optional

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Rub the pork chops with the prepared spice mix and let them stand for 5-10 minutes.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium high heat.
  4. Cook pork chops one or two at the same time, depending on the size of your pan, for 4 minutes per side or until the internal temperature reaches 135°F in the thickest part.
  5. Repeat with the remaining pork chops.
  6. Remove the cooked pork chops from the skillet. 
  7. Deglaze the skillet by adding the chicken stock and add butter or lard to it. Simmer the stock for a few minutes. Allow it to cool down, and use it as a gravy. 
  8. Serve the pork chops with prepared gravy.
