Cinnamon Raisin Bread

Ingredients

  • Dry Ingredients:
  • 1 1/3 Cups (110g) oat flour
  • 3 Scoops (90g) vanilla whey protein
  • 2 Tbsp (28g) coconut flour
  • 1 Tbsp (10g) cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 Tsp (6g) baking powder
  • 1/2 Tsp (3g) salt
  • Mix Well
  • Wet Ingredients:
  • 4 Egg whites (140g)
  • 1/2 Cup (122g) unsweetened applesauce
  • 1/3 Cup (75g) non-fat greek yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp (35g) low-calorie/calorie-free pancake syrup
  • 2 Tsp (10g) vanilla extract
  • Mix Well

Instructions

  1. Combined wet into dry
  2. Cut up 1/4 cup (40g) raisins into thirds and add to batter
  3. Generously spray 9X5 bread pan with non-stick spray
  4. Add your batter
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes
