    This healthy cinnamon raisin bread recipe is TASTY! Plus this cinnamon raisin bread is just 80 calories per slice or 2 Weight Watcher Points Plus. The Diet Chef #CinnamonRaisinBread #WeightWatchers

    This recipe has all the comforts of regular cinnamon raisin bread, but packed with lean protein instead of fat! Not to mention, there's nothing like the smell of your house after making a fresh loaf of this cinnamon raisin protein bread. It's seriously the most intoxicatingly delicious scent you could ever wish for. In fact, I wish they sold this smell in candle form...somebody contact Yankee candle stat!

    Ingredients

    Scale
    • Dry Ingredients:
    • 1 ⅓ Cups (110g) oat flour
    • 3 Scoops (90g) vanilla whey protein
    • 2 Tbsp (28g) coconut flour
    • 1 Tbsp (10g) cinnamon
    • 1 ½ Tsp (6g) baking powder
    • ½ Tsp (3g) salt
    • Mix Well
    • Wet Ingredients:
    • 4 Egg whites (140g)
    • ½ Cup (122g) unsweetened applesauce
    • ⅓ Cup (75g) non-fat greek yogurt
    • 2 Tbsp (35g) low-calorie/calorie-free pancake syrup
    • 2 Tsp (10g) vanilla extract
    • Mix Well

    Instructions

    1. Combined wet into dry
    2. Cut up ¼ cup (40g) raisins into thirds and add to batter
    3. Generously spray 9X5 bread pan with non-stick spray
    4. Add your batter
    5. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes
