Ingredients
- Dry Ingredients:
- 1 ⅓ Cups (110g) oat flour
- 3 Scoops (90g) vanilla whey protein
- 2 Tbsp (28g) coconut flour
- 1 Tbsp (10g) cinnamon
- 1 ½ Tsp (6g) baking powder
- ½ Tsp (3g) salt
- Mix Well
- Wet Ingredients:
- 4 Egg whites (140g)
- ½ Cup (122g) unsweetened applesauce
- ⅓ Cup (75g) non-fat greek yogurt
- 2 Tbsp (35g) low-calorie/calorie-free pancake syrup
- 2 Tsp (10g) vanilla extract
- Mix Well
Instructions
- Combined wet into dry
- Cut up ¼ cup (40g) raisins into thirds and add to batter
- Generously spray 9X5 bread pan with non-stick spray
- Add your batter
- Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes
