Ingredients

1 Cup Milk (you can use your favorite)

2 Tbsp. Peanut Butter

1 Banana or Frozen Banana

1 Scoop Weight Gain Protein Powder

2 Cups Ice Cubes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and pulse until smooth (for a thicker shake, use a frozen banana and ice cubes).
