Low Calorie Pancakes | Only 39 Calories Per Pancake

These low calorie pancakes are soft, fluffy, and perfectly thick. And they seriously taste like "regular" pancakes, but each one of these healthy pancakes has just 39 calories!

Ingredients

1 Egg

15 g (1 tbsp) Granulated erythritol

1 tsp Vanilla extract

30 g (2 tbsp) Greek yogurt

25 g (3 tbsp) Oat flour

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine egg, erythritol and vanilla extract. Whip until creamy.
  2. Add the oat flour and greek yogurt and stir to combine.
  3. Lightly grease a non-stick skillet and pour the batter in small batches.
  4. Cook on both sides until golden brown. 
  5. Serve with this 0 calorie maple syrup and enjoy!
